Furnishing
The 6 studios have modern furniture, satellite TV sets and refrigerators. On request, a third bed or a baby cot will be provided.
The separate bathrooms have showers and WC. During chilly springtime or autumn nights, the air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets twice per week. Towels will be changed on demand.

Since 2007, there is also an apartment with similar furnishing and 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed whilst the other one has 2 single beds. A convertible sofa in the living-room can be used as a fifth accommodation.
